Accounts Payable Administrative Clerk

What You'll Do

  • Scan, organize, and file invoices and supporting documents.
  • Enter invoice data accurately into the accounting system.
  • Maintain orderly records and assist with document retention.
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the Accounts Payable department with administrative tasks.
  • Cross-train on basic Accounts Receivable duties for added growth.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 1 year of previous experience in accounting support required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions) and Outlook required.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
